On November 25th, Phuc’s Fond scholarship awarding ceremony was jointly held by Phuc’s Fond Charity and Hue University.
On this occasion, 93 scholarships including 8 full scholarships (VND 10 million); 11 partial scholarships (VND 5 million); 51 allowance scholarships (VND 2 million) and 23 “Light up your dream” scholarships (VND 6 million) were awarded to studious students from disadvantaged background. The total scholarship value is VND 375 million.
Speaking at the event, representative of Hue University extended sincere thanks to Phuc’s Fond charity for accompanying and sharing local students’ difficulties. The scholarship has not only timely encouraged but also supported students to study better, become good people and contribute to family and society in the future.
Students awarded Phuc’s Fond scholarship are dual orphans from disadvantaged background living alone or with their grandparents; maternal or paternal orphans from disadvantaged background; and students from large family whose father or mother is suffered from serious disease.
