According to Decision No. 1405/QD-UBND dated June 9th, 2021 of Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, Phuc’s Fond Charity Foundation (Norway) will build 05 compassion houses for disadvantaged families in Phu Loc, Nam Dong and A Luoi district.
With the total grant of VND 310.000.000 (USD 13.478 – thirteen thousand, four hundred seventy-eight United States dollar), the non-project assistance aims to help poor, near poor and very difficult households become more optimistic, overcome difficulties and have a better life.
Chairman assigned Thua Thien Hue Union of Friendship Organizations to receive and use the non-project assistance as regulated. The Union was requested to closely cooperate with relevant competent agencies during receiving the non-project assistance in accordance with Resolution No. 80/2020/ND-CP dated June 8th, 2020 of the Government on managing and using the non-refundable assistance excluded from the official development aid sponsored by foreign agencies, organizations and individuals; Resolution No. 12/2012/ND-CP dated March 1st, 2012 of the Government on registering and managing foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam.
